Biografia BRAINSCAN

Rock 2008

• máj 2008 vznik skupiny Brainscan
Kapelu založili štyria muzikanti, nosiaci v hlave túžbu založiť si kapelu, ktorá by dokonale vystihovala a prezentovala ich pocity a nápady. Každý z nich mal hudobné skúsenosti preverené dlhodobým hraním v rôznych kapelách. V lete 2008 sa kruh priateľstva - hudobného, ale aj ľudského uzavrel. Brainscan tvorí týchto päť hudobníkov:

•    Martin Androvič – spev    ( Liquid Boogie Roll, ex - Blackstorm)
•    Tomáš Smida – spev        ( Pyopoesy, ex - Hecate)
•    Peter Rusnák – basa        ( Hecate, ex - Enormity)
•    Filip Glocko - gitara           (ex - M.S.R., Sticfutu, O.S.B.)
•    Marek Pecník - bicie          (Hecate)

Spoločný názor na hudbu a smerovanie kapely urýchlil proces tvorby. Po krátkom čase bolo kvarteto schopné koncertovania.
•    22. septembra 2008 - prvý koncert v Klube 77, za účasti Francúzov ZUBROWSKA a lučeneckých MIZAR
•    jeseň 2008 kapela koncertuje po slovenských kluboch
•    zima 2008 Brainscan nahráva mini EP, v štúdiách Total Music - Zvolen a RcR - Liptovský Mikuláš

Rock 2009

•    január 2009 vychádza promo CD - Scan My Brain
•    jar 2009 kapela koncertuje po slovenských kluboch
•    apríl /marec absolvuje turné po Slovensku v spoločnosti kapiel: Pyopoesy, Hecate a Abstract
•    leto 2009 hrá kapela na festivaloch v Českej a Slovenskej republike: Vyškov - Rock Shock vol.1, Jam Rock Óčko, Brněnec u Letovic - Hardline Therapy, Rockové sady - Kraslice, Terchovský Budzogáň, Bytča – Rock Stone fest, Krupina - Contrast fest, Veličná Rockový Záber vol.12, Minikvas...
•    september 2009 kapela absolvuje turné po slovenských kluboch s holandskými Cilice a domácimi Disconcrete
•    jeseň je vyplnená koncertovaním s poprednými kapelami slovenského undergroundu
•    rok 2009 kapela ukončuje úspešným koncertom na Winter Orava Rock Fest

Rock 2010

•    jar 2010 kapela koncertuje a zúčastňuje sa malých festivalov: Beluša - BelUSA fest vol.4, Spišská nová Ves – Tvoj Zvuk fest, Bohuslavice nad Vláří - Dawn of Spring V., kde hrá s kapelami ako :Debustrol, Fleshless, Attack of Rage....
•    6.máj 2010 - Zlatý Bažant Majáles 2010 – kde v spoločnosti Polemic, HEX, Gladiátor, sa prezentuje ako jediný zástupca metalovej hudby
•    máj 2010 absolvuje krátke turné s českou kapelou Venefica
•    25.máj 2010 – prvý koncert v zahraničí Maďarsko - Nagykanizsa - Csóstock festival vol.4
•    leto 2010 je kapela aktívna na veľkých letných festivaloch ako: Nové Mesto nad Váhom - TOPFEST, Košice - MotoRock fest vol.2, Podbiel - Františkova Huta - Orava Alternative fest, - Turzovka - Vargoš fest, Terchová - Terchovský Budzogáň, Nová Baňa Gothoom & ECT Open Air festival, - Duchonka - Celestial Hard fest, Sliačske Rockové Leto, Trinec Barrocko fest vol.8...
•    leto prinieslo aj posilnenie zostavy kapely. Rady BRAINSCAN sa rozrástli o nového člena- Briana Bajáka – gitara (Baron Blade, Sabot - Age, ex - HT)
•    september 2010 kapela absolvuje krátke tour s kapelou Vandali
•    október 2010 sa nesie v duchu celoslovenského tour s českými kapelami: Existence a Scream of the lambs
•    november 2010 kapela nahráva svoj debutový album v štúdia RcR Liptovský Mikuláš a Kobka Martin.
•    26.november 2010 - Prievidza - Element Club 100-tý koncert kapely

Rock 2011

•    január 2011 kapela dokončuje debutový album v štúdiách Andyho Classena – Stage One Studio v Nemecku a hrá na prestížnom Donovaly feste
•    marec/apríl vychádza debutový album :Breaking Down Your Mind u vydavateľstva GOTHOOM PRODUCTION
•    máj 2011 hrá ako support na vybraných koncertoch tour kapely: Horkýže Slíže
•    máj 2011 krst debutového albumu v spoločnosti Rust2Dust, Hecate, God Defamer a Beyorial Cynantropy
•    leto 2012 sa kapela zúčastňuje na veľkých letných festivaloch: Rock For People, Basinfire fest, Orava Alternative fest, Rockový Záber, Podhájska fest, Gothoom open air fest, Tlmačská Kalba...
•    ako víťaz hlasovania fanúšikov sa zúčastňuje na festivale Natruc Talent, kde hrá po boku kapiel ako Cocotte Minute, Richard Muller Band....
•    kapela sa zviditeľňuje v súťaži Československo má Talent, kde „rozbíja“ brnenské Máchovo Divadlo
•    v rámci podpory detských domovov a nemocníc hrá na benefičných akciách: Celestial help fest a Yné Vianoce fest.
•    október 2011 odchádza z kapely zakladajúci člen Marek Pecník a na jeho post prichádza Tomáš“ Hollub“ Krista, známy muzikant z pôsobenia v kapelách ako: Hasiaci Prístroj, Sto Múch, Schody....
•    december 2011 odchádza z kapely gitarista Brian a je nahradený dlhoročným priateľom kapely Cremom, ktorý okrem Brainscanu hrá aj vo svojej domovskej kapele Abowe.

•    nový rock kapela Brainscan privítala v zložení:

Biography of band from Banska Bystrica - Slovakia

2008

Brainscan band history, dating back to May 2008 when four "seasoned" musicians wearing heads in a desire to start a band that would perfectly fit and presented their ideas. Each of them had musical experience, proven long term by playing in different bands.
September, 22^nd – the band is performing for the first time with French band Zubrowska at Klub 77 in Banská Bystrica
Autumn – first gig is followed by club tour in Slovakia, afterwards the band is recording its debut EP “Scan my brain”

2009

January – release of the debut EP “Scan my brain”
Summer – the band is performing at various Slovak and Czech summer festivals: Rock Shock vol.1, Jam Rock Óčko, Hardline Therapy, Rockové sady in Kraslice, Terchovský Budzogáň, Rock Stone fest in Bytča, Veličná Rock Fest vol.12, Minikvas, etc.
Autumn – slovak tour with dutch band Cilice, supported by local band Disconcrete

2010

Spring – performances at various local festivals: BelUSA fest vol.4, Your sound fest, Dawn of Spring V., Zlatý Bažant Brewery Spring fest 2010 (main stream festival, where was Brainscan chosen as the only metal artist), tour with czech band Venefica
Summer – successfull season of 2009 continues in 2010. Band joined TOPFEST, MotoRock fest vol.2, Orava Alternative fest, Vargoš fest, Terchovský Budzogáň (supporting The Offspring), Gothoom & ECT Open Air festival, Celestial Hard fest, Sliačske Rockové Leto, Trinec Barrocko fest vol.8, etc
Autumn - tours with Vandali (SK), Existence (CZ), Scream of the lambs (CZ)
November – recording of the debut CD at studio RcR in Liptovský Mikuláš and Kobka studio in Martin.

2011

January – the debut CD has been mastered at Stage One Studio (owned by German producent and musician Andy Classen, ex-Holy Moses)
May – the debut CD „Breaking Down Your Mind“ is released and labeled by GOTHOOM PRODUCTION
Summer – festival season: Rock For People, Basinfire fest, Orava Alternative fest, Rockový Záber, Podhájska fest, Gothoom open air fest, Tlmačská Kalba., Natruc Talent (as a winner of the contest)
September – performance at the contest “Czechoslovakia got talent”, the band is qualified to next round
Winter – performance at beneficial festivals Celestial help fest and Yné Vianoce fest (Different Christmas fest)

2012

Spring – club tour in Czech republic and Slovakia
June – shooting of the video “Swallow your pride”
Summer – festival season: Topfest, Gothoom & ECT Open Air festival, Rockový záber, Czech deathfest, Yní víkend (Differen weekend fest), Fajt Fest, Orava Alternative, Rock pod kameňom Fest (Sabaton, Korpiklaani, ELUVEITIE, etc.)
Winter – collecting of material for the upcoming second album
