KING SVK (štýl: progresívno - symfonický heavy, death metal)

V r. 2000 debut album Royal Metal: účinkovali: Roman Slávik a Jozef „Dodo“ Ďatel. Autorsky sa spolupodieľal gitarista Pavel „Hirax“ Baričák. 

V poradí druhý album Libertarian vznikol v r. 2003. Gitaru nahral a autorsky sa na albume spolupodieľal Pavol Rusnák. Vokalista z veľkej časti “Dodo”. Obidve nahrávky vznikli v štúdiu Exponent, Šulekovo pri Hlohovci. 

Tretí CD album New Æon bol finalizovaný v štúdiu Kobka v Martine. Autorsky sa na albume spolupodieľal Norbert Ferencz. Vyšliel v r. 2019 u Sliptrick records (LTA).

Hudobná biografia Ivan King Kráľ v jazykoch Slovenčina, English, Deutsch

V detskom veku navštevoval v Martine hodiny hry na akordeón u učiteľa Hrádockého. V 80-tych rokoch 20 stor. sledoval vývoj metalovej muziky a navštevoval koncerty v Budapešti (Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Metallica). Očarený ich atmosférou v r. 1993 zakúpil klávesy značky Roland JV-30 a začal hudobnú kariéru.


PROTEST (Death Metal) - gitarista Viktor Kotrík ma pozval na skúšku v Martine. Prišiel som do skupiny, kde podstatnú úlohu zohrávalo priateľstvo. Ostatní členovia sa s nahrávaním debutového albumu neponáhľali, no ja som chcel nahrávať hneď. Skladby sa mi zdali dostatočne prepracované a pripravené. Spor nakoniec vyriešil spevák Jaro Vavro „Horár“, ktorý podporil môj návrh. CD What For Name... (1995) bolo jedno z prvých z metalového žánru na Slovensku. Autorsky som na albume prispel jedným textom - Abandoned Love.

INÉ - GALADRIEL (Doom Metal) - Empire Of Emptiness (1996). 


BESTIALIT (Death Metal) - Pavel „Hirax“ Baričák s ktorým som sa dobre poznal, ma informoval o tom, že spoločne s Petrom „Mortisom“ Franekom zakladajú death 
metalovú kapelu. Členmi Bestialit sa stali: Mortis - vokál, Hirax - gitara, Psycho - bicie, King - klávesy. Peter s Jarom „Horárom“ vtedy založili prvé hudobné metalové vydavateľstvo na Slovensku, Metal Age. Imponovalo mi na ňom, že mal jasný cieľ. Chcel zrealizovať nahratie split CD so skupinou Dehydrated. Všetko sa aj v krátkej dobe podarilo.

LUNATIC GODS  (Atmosférický Death Metal) - povzbudení úspechom Bestialit, pripravovali sme prvý samostatný album. Album Inhuman & Insensible (1996) sa nahrával v Exponent štúdiu Tomáša Kmeťa v Šulekove pri Leopoldove. Počas nahrávania nám začalo dochádzať, že vzniká neobvyklá nahrávka. V krátkom čase nás spevák Mortis informoval o tom, že o vydanie albumu má záujem vydavateľstvo zo Sicílie - Polyphemus Records. Hirax s Mortisom vytvorili nový názov kapely - Lunatic Gods. V roku 1996 s očakávaním album vychádza a je podporený množstvom koncertov v Slovenskej a Českej republike. Časopisom Metal Hammer CS (1997) bola skupina v ankete vyhlásená za najlepšiu skupinu. V tej dobe sme hrali na veľkých festivaloch a ohlas fanúšikov na naše skladby bol obrovský. Energiu od našich fanúšikov sme vkladali do ďalšej tvorby a vznikol druhý album - Sitting By The Fire (1998). Nahrával sa v štúdiu Dušana Antalíka (Team) v Martine a vyšiel u Metal Age Productions. Nasledovali koncerty, napr. Dynamo North Power Jam – Litoměřice (1998). Postupom času medzi členmi skupiny vyplávali na povrch rozdielne názory na to, akým smerom sa má skupina v budúcnosti uberať. Presadzoval som radikálny postup smerom nahor, no to sa u zvyšku skupiny nestretlo s pochopením. Bol som sklamaný. Cítil som, že v tom čase sme mali šancu preraziť do európskej metalovej elity. V r. 2000 som kapelu opustil. Rozhodovanie nebolo jednoduché.


 KING SVK (Progresívny Heavy - Death Metal): v r. 1998 som začal pozvoľne pracovať na nahrávke Royal Metal (2000). Album naspievali: Roman Slávik a „Dodo“ Ďatel. Na albume sa výraznou autorskou tvorbou podieľal aj gitarista Pavel Baričák (Hirax). Album mal vydať nemecký label System Shock. Bola podpísaná zmluva na vydanie troch albumov. Po dvoch rokoch čakania vydavateľstvo zmluvu zrušilo s oddôvodnením, že situácia na hudobnom trhu nie je priaznivá. V poradí druhý album Libertarian vznikol v r. 2003. Gitaru nahrával a autorsky sa na albume podieľal Pavol Rusnák. Spev z veľkej časti zabezpečil “Dodo”...V roku 2017 vznikol po 13-stich  rokoch v martinskom štúdiu KOBKA v poradí 3. album New Aeon (Sliptrick records 2019).

Musical biography of Ivan King Kráľ

 During my childhood spent in Martin, a town in Slovakia, I attended the accordion lessons for 6 years under teacher Hrádocký. In the twelfth year of my life, a significant influence came into my life - athletics.
 In my high-school age, as everyone, I listened to music. I was mostly taken by the rock music, by the Czech band Katapult. My musical feeling took the course towards rather harder style of music. With the coming of the eighties, a new musical style was born - NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal). That energy caught me. An off-centre culture from the west entered the then socialistic states.
 During my university studies in Bratislava, I continued following the evolution of metal music by going on the live shows in Budapest (Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Metallica). I was spellbound by the magic of these shows. I started considering it. Unlike the childhood times, when I had played with aversion, now I started to perceive the music in a different way. I bought a keyboard Roland JV-30 and I started the career of a keyboardist.

PROTEST (Death Metal) - After an accidental meeting, a guitarist Viktor Kotrík invited me to their rehearsal. I entered a band where friendship played one of the main roles. But I wanted more from music. The other members were not as enthusiastic about recording the debut album; however, I wanted to do it as soon as possible. I found the songs quite thorough and ready. The clash was finally solved by the singer Jaro Vavro "Horar", who took my side in it. CD What For Name... (1995) was one of the first streams of the metal genre in Slovakia. I myself contributed to it with one of my lyrics.

OTHER - in 1996 I significantly participated (with my keyboard playing) on the debut albums of bands GALADRIEL (Doom Metal) - Empire Of Emptiness.

  BESTIALIT (Death Metal) - Pavel "Hirax" Baričák, whom I knew well, told me that he and Peter "Mortis" Franek were starting a death metal band. The members of the band Bestialit were: Mortis - vocals, Hirax - guitar, Psycho - drums, King - keyboard. Mortis had been known to have excellent contacts with the world underground scene; together with "Horar" they founded the first music metal publishing company in Slovakia, Metal Age in 1993. I was taken by Mortis' focused objectives. He intended to record a split CD with the band Dehydrated. In a short time everything went well, and the album was supported by a number of live performances. LUNATIC GODS (Atmospherical Death Metal) - encouraged by the success of Bestialit, we worked on the first stand-alone album. We took on two new members: Richard - bass guitar and Emil - vocals. The album Inhuman & Insensible (1996) was recorded in Tomáš Kmeť's Exponent studio and also in Šulekovo near Leopoldov. During the recording we realized that a very extraordinary recording was being created.
Mortis sent the recording to the abroad publishers and we awaited the proper respond. In a short time we were informed, that a publishing company from Sicily, Polyphemus Records, was interested in putting out our album.
A suggestion to change the name of the band occurred. Hirax and Mortis came with the new name of "Lunatic Gods", with which the rest of the group immediately identified. In 1996 the long-awaited album was put out, supported by a number of live performances in the Slovak and the Czech republic. The album was also supported by the magazine Metal Hammer CS (in a 1997 opinion poll our band was labeled as the best band in the Czech as well as the Slovak republic). By then we had been playing in a number of festivals and the fan response to our songs was immense. We put the energy of our fans into our further works and the second album was soon born, under the title Sitting By The Fire (1998). It was recorded in Dušan Antalík's (TEAM) studio and it was put out in Metal Age Productions. Many live concerts followed, such as Dynamo North Power Jam - Litoměřice (the Czech republic), where we played side-by-side with the bands like Benediction, In Flames and Therion (1998).
In time many differences of opinions occurred in our band as to what course should the band pick up. Personal squabbles came to surface. I suggested a rather upward radical progress, which did not meet with understanding amongst the rest of the band. I was very disappointed; I felt that we had a unique chance to penetrate the European metal elite. I spent 7 years in the band. I experienced the studio work and a very rich live show activity as well, but in 2000 I finally decided to leave the group. The decision-making was not easy at all.


KING SVK (Progressive Heavy - Death Metal): in 1998 I started to gradually work on my solo project. In 2000 I realized a recording Royal Metal in Studio Exponent. The album's vocalists were Roman Slávik and "Dodo" Ďatel. Apart from me, it was also the guitarist Pavel Baričák (Hirax) who significantly contributed to the album with his authorial creativity. The album was to be put out in the German label System Shock. The contract to put out three albums was signed. After two years of waiting, the publisher cancelled the contract with the explanation that the situation on the music market was not profitable. The second album in sequence, Libertarian, was created in 2003. The guitar part and the authorial contribution were executed by Pavol Rusnák. The vocals were predominantly provided by "Dodo". New album - New Aeon (Sliptrick records 2019).

In meinem Kinderalter besuchte ich sechs Jahre Akkordeonstunden in der Stadt Martin in der Slowakei bei dem Lehrer Hrádocký. Als ich zwölf Jahre war, trat Sport auf ausdrucksvolle Weise in mein Leben ein, u. z. Athletik.
 Im Teenegeralter habe ich, wie fast jeder, sehr gern und viel Music gehört. Am meisten interessierte mich Rock, tschechische Gruppe Katapult. Mein Musikfühlen hat sich in Richtung Hardrock profiliert. Anfang 80-er Jahre kam zu uns eine neue Musikrichtung NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal). Die hat mich fasziniert. In unsere Ländern (sozialistische) begann unkonventionelle Kultur vom Westen durchzudringen. Während meines Hochschulstudiums in Bratislava habe ich weiter der Entwicklung der Metalmusik gefolgt und Konzerte in Budapest besucht (Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Metallica). Von ihrer Atmosphäre war ich begeistert und fasziniert. Uber diese Frage begann ich nachzudenken. In kurzer Zeit habe ich Klavier Roland JV-30 gekauft und meine Musikanten kariere konnte beginnen.

PROTEST (Death Metal) - Bei einem zufälligen Treffen hat mich Gitarrenspieler Viktor Kotrík zur Probe eingeladen. Ich kam in eine Musikgruppe, in der die Hauptrolle Freundschaft spielte. Ich erwartete von der Musik aber viel mehr. Andere Gruppenglieder haben sich Musik aber viel mehr. Andere Gruppenglieder Haben sich mit Aufnehmen des Debütalbums nicht beeilt, ich wollte sofort aufnehmen. Die Kompositionen waren meiner Meinung nach genügend durchgearbeitet. Den Streit hat zum Schluß unser Sänger Jaro Vavro „Horár“ gelöst, der meinen Vorschlag unterstützt hat. Unser CD What for Name … (1995) war eins der ersten Metal - CDs in der Slowakei. Autorisch habe ich mit einem Text auf diesem Album beigetragen.

ANDERE - im Jahre 1996 habe ich als Gast an Debütsalben der Gruppen GALADRIEL (Doom Metal) - Empire Of Emptiness.


BESTIALIT (Death Metal) - Mein guter Bekannte Pavel „Hirax“ Baričák gemeinsam mit Peter „Mortis“ Franek haben eine Deathmetalkapelle gegründet. Ihre Mitglieder waren: Mortis - Sänger, Hirax - Gitarre, Psycho - Schlagzeuger, King - Klavier. Mortis hatte ausgezeichnete Kontakte zur Weltundergroundszene und so zusammen mit „Horar“ gründeten im Jahre 1993 den ersten Metalverlag in der Slowakei, Metal Age. Auf Mortis hat mir sein klares Ziel imponiert. In kurzer Zeit gelang ihm, ein split CD mit der Gruppen Dehydrated aufzunehmen. Das Album wurde durch viele Konzerte unterstützt. LUNATIC GODS (Atmosphärischer Death Metal) – Emutigte vom Erfolg der Gruppe Bestialit haben wie das erste selbständige Album vorbereitet. Wir haben noch zwei Glieder beigebracht: Richard - Bassgitarre, Emil - Sänger. Das Album Inhuman Inhuman & Insensible (1996) wurde im Exponentstudio von Tomáš Kmeť in Sulekovo bei Leopoldov aufgenommen. Mortis hat sie in mehrere ausländische Verlage geschickt. An Edition des Albums hatte ein Verlag in Sizilien Interesse - Polyphemus Records. In der Zeit wurde unsere Gruppe Lunatic Gods genannt. Im Jahre 1996 erschien das Album mit Erwartung und wurde durch viele Konzerte und der Slowakischen und Tschechischen Republik und von der Zeitschrift Metal Hammer CS unterstütz. Im Jahre 1997 wurde unsere Kapelle in der Enquete als die beste in der Slowakei und Tschechien bekanntgemacht. Wir haben auf großen Musikfestivals mit riesigem Erfolg gespielt und die Energie von unseren Fans haben das zweite Album unter dem Titel Sitting By The Fire (1998) herausgegeben. Dieses Album wurde im Studio von Dušan Antalík (Team) aufgenommen und bei Metal Ag Produktions ´rausgegeben. Dann folgten Konzerte, z. b. Dynamo North Power Jam - Litoměřice (Tschechien), wo solche Kapellen wie Benediction, In Flames, Therion aufgetreten sind (1998).
Mit de Zeit entstanden Ausichtsunterschiede unter uns. Ich habe radikale Beförderung nach oben durchgesetzt. Das hat sich aber nicht bei anderen Mitgliedern mit Verständnis getroffen. Ich war davon sehr enttäuscht, weil ich gefühlt habe, dass wir große Chancen haben, in die europäische Metalelite zu gelangen. In der Gruppe habe ich sieben Jahre verbracht, Studioarbeit und reich Konzertetätigkeit erlebt. Im Jahre 2000 habe ich mich entschlossen, die Kapelle zu verlassen. Die Entschließung war nicht einfach. 

KING SVK (Modern - Progressives Metal): seit dem Jahr 1998 begann ich langsam auf meinem Soloprojekt zu arbeiten. Im Jahr 2000 haben wir die Aufnahme Royal Metal mit Sängern Roman Slávik und „Dodo“ Ďatel im Studio Exponent realisiert. Außer mir hat an diesem Album auch Gitarrespieler Pavel Baričák (Hirax) autorisch teilgenommen. Das Album sollte deutsches label System Shock herausgegeben. Es wurde der Vertrag für Herausgeben von drei Albums unterschreiben. Nach zwei Jahren wurde der Vertrag gelöst. Der Grund dazu: die Situation am Musikmarkt ist nicht günstig. Das zweite Album Libertarian entstand im Jahre 2003. Gitarre spielte und autorisch nahm am Album Pavol Rusnák teil. Den Gesang hat aus großem Teil „Dodo“ gesichert. Neue album - New Aeon (Sliptrick records 2019).
