PRAŽSKÝ KONCERT ZRUŠENÝ!!

Zdravim Vas vsetkych!

Nas prazsky koncert bol zruseny z nasej strany!!!

Dovod : hoci sme vyhrali na sutazi, UNITED ISLANDS OF PRAGUE nevedeli (podla nas ani nechceli) zabezpecit normalne (zakladne!!!!!) podmienky pre nas. Je to festival, kde robia ludia, ktori o hudobnych styloch, kapelach, ale ani o organizacnej casti NIC NEVEDIA! Podakovali sme sa im za prilezitost, ale my za takychto okolnosti na tomto festivale nechceme vystupovat!

Ospravedlujeme sa Vam vsetkym, ktori ste chceli prist pozriet si nas koncert.. Je nám to fakt lúto, ale my sme urobili vsetko, a dufame, ze cim skor sa dostaneme do Prahy na inu akciu!

Bio a historie

Dysentery was founded in 2000 by 3 friends : István Bernáth – guitars, István Mezei – drums and Maros Varga – vocals. The style of the band was more old school death metal those days. We had many smaller efforts with this line up but nothing special happened until 2004. Many people came and left, we were looking for the right musicians to play with. In the fall of 2003 two new members came to the band : Igor Zsoldos (guitars) and Gusztáv Nagy (bass) and Maros had to play the guitar together with the vocals. With this line up we recored our first demo IN MEMORIAM AETERNAM in 2004. We were very surprised, the demo was a sold out stuff. (cca. 400 pieces) The band played nearly 40 gigs that year. In late 2004 Gusztáv Nagy and in the beginning of 2005 Igor Zsoldos were released from the band, because of musical differences. István Mezei (drums) had some serious health problems, so the band took a big break. Maros was writing new material and looking for new members. In the fall of 2005 Maros met András Szakál, a talented bass player and the health status of István Mezei (drums) became normal, so the band was alive again. Lajos Gáspár joined our forces on vocals so we were once again a complete 4-piece band. But as usual, members come and members go, after 2 years in 2007 Lajos Gáspár left the band due to lack of time. We moved forward as a three-piece band. In March 2008 Csaba Czibor joined us as a vocalist and we recorded a 2-song promo in May. In July a founding member István Mezei left the band and was replaced by a young and talented drummer Máté Orbán. At the moment we are writing our new material.
